Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@spartagears.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Spartagears.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
